General Policies

Check in time: 9:00 am; Check out time: 1:00 pm

A $200 deposit is due within 30 days of invoice date. Please mail a personal check; unfortunately we do not accept credit cards at this time.

A completed and signed registration form is required with deposit payment.

Roughly 30 days before your retreat we will contact you via email for a final guest count. We will send you a final invoice with the full balance due 14 days before your arrival.

We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of our plans. If your reservation is canceled 90 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a future retreat.

If you must cancel in a time period within 90 days of your retreat, your deposit is transferable to an alternative date scheduled within a year of the cancelation, based on availability. Transferred balances brought forward will only be honored for one year. After one year, credits will be forfeited.

For Any cancelation within 14 days of your retreat, without a future retreat scheduled, all payments will be forfeited.

Our building is pet and smoke free.

You must be 18 years of age or older to reserve our retreat; guests of age 12 and over are welcome.

You must agree to abide by the house rules sent as a separate document and posted at the retreat.

We respectfully ask that if the home, the contents or property, suffers damage, please contact us immediately; we will do our best to be fair to all parties.

If damage or theft is discovered after your stay with us, we will notify the primary contact and, should your party be found responsible, we do our best to mitigate the damages; the primary contact will be provided an itemized list of concerns.

NLR will not be held liable for any injury, loss, theft or damage to personal property.
